8x10 Photo: OBX Vintage 1949 DODGE Pilothouse series B 1/2 Ton Pickup, in the Currituck mainland's Outer Banks of NC!  The "B" series ran from 1948-1953, it was called "Pilothouse" for those extra corner windows! This was the last year for the 3 speed mounted shift lever on the floor as the gear shift was moved to the column and buyers were offered 3 or 4 speeds!
