Nicely woven very early example. Even, thin, and flat weave it has a different designs on each side as expected. All corn husk with a hemp bottom with old Germantown yarn for the design elements. The Indian brain tanned hide handle shows nice age and use. A beautiful and very old bag with wonderful patina, a visually striking design, and a great size with NO RESERVE !
