    ran this saw but was informed by the previous owner that it was in good working condition. I purchased the property which included the equipment
    assets
    when the owner retired.
    I have not cleaned and painted so as not to hide anything from a perspective buyer.
    Aside from needing a good cleaning; it appears in overall very good condition.
